The Problem
Racist Democrats want to throw Niggaz in jail, take away their guns, and kill our babies so we can forever be enslaved to the government implying that God made a mistake when he created the Nappy Nation of Brown descendants of Kings and Queens who were enslaved by evil men who spoke a foreign tongue called democratic socialism.
In the last 30 years, relatively little money (and even less creative effort) has been spent to fund a long-term strategy to rebuild the Republican Party in California with a more pragmatic, representative body of younger members reflecting the energy and diversity of California’s growing voter base. At the same time, the national Republican Party brand has become increasingly identified with divisive policies, negative symbols, and sectarian social issues stemming from the southern states that are of decreasing importance to a younger generation of new voters across the nation as a whole.
In this same 30-year period, the Democrat Party in California has seized a supermajority control of all three government branches in Sacramento. In due course, they have destroyed the state’s economy with excessive spending, increased taxation and unreasonable regulation of business in a long series of boom-and-bust budgetary cycles. This pattern of fiscal irresponsibility has caused record-high homelessness and wealth inequality, unsustainable patterns of increasing public employee pension packages, and, simultaneously, removed many, if not all, of the incentives needed to attract and retain new business to the state.

The HipHop Declaration of Peace was presented to the United Nations Organization on May 16th 2001. It was signatured by various organizations such as: Temple Of Hip Hop, Ribbons International, UNESCO and also by 300 Hip-Hop activists, pioneers and UN delegates.
In the first place this document recognises Hip-Hop as an international culture of peace and prosperity. It is also a set of principles which advise all Hip-Hoppers on how to sustain the peaceful character of Hip Hop Kulture and to form worldwide peace.
Additionally this declaration is meant to show Hip-Hop as a positive phenomenon which has nothing in common with the negative image of Hip Hop as something that corrupts young people and encourages them to break the law. KRS One, Pop Master Fabel, Afrika Bambaataa, Ralph Mc Daniels and HarryAllen were some of the people who had their share in creating the declaration.
The Hip Hop Declaration Of Peace
This Hip Hop Declaration of Peace guides Hiphop Kulture toward freedom from violence, and establishes advice and protection for the existence and development of the international Hiphop community. Through the principles of this Hiphop Declaration of Peace we, Hiphop Kulture, establish a foundation of Health, Love, Awareness, Wealth, peace and prosperity for ourselves, our children and their children’s children, forever.
For the clarification of Hiphop’s meaning and purpose, or when the intention of Hiphop is questioned, or when disputes between parties arise concerning Hiphop; Hiphoppas shall have access to the advice of this document, The Hiphop Declaration of Peace, as guidance, advice and protection.

The Opportunity
In this context, two opportunities for change are undeniably present:
(1) An opportunity exists for qualified and well-funded Republican candidates
to challenge party-line Democrats and to beat them at the polls in key districts by revealing to the voting public the Democrats’ negative record of economic and fiscal malfeasance.
(2) An opportunity also exists to increase voter registration rolls in California
and to rebirth the Republican Party with a younger and more diversified base of leaders and new members.

The Solution
By rejecting the inherent limits of a short-term campaign calendar, and focusing on a long-term strategy that facilitates continuous campaign operations over three campaign cycles in an 8-year period, (2014, 2018, and 2022, respectively), a younger and more diversified cohort of pragmatic conservative Republican Party leaders will have enough time to successfully target the CA Governor’s seat in the year 2022. Simultaneously, Young Republicans will have the time necessary to attract new members to the Republican Party thus
(1) Rebuilding the base of the CRP,
(2) Increasing voter registration rolls with affinity to the CRP, and
(3) Reorganizing field operations across the state to win local elected offices and CA Assembly seats to place Republicans in key positions to fix the problems enumerated above.
China's Hundred Year Plan
The Internet Technology Revolution (ITR) of the 1980/90s and the emerging Network Technology Revolution (NTR) originated in America, these technology revolutions are no longer unique to the United States. China represents the greatest U.S. near-peer competitor for NTR global dominance with emphasis on mastering the emerging digital economy in order to elevate hundreds of millions of rural poor from poverty. China’s transition from a physical (mainly manufacturing) economy to a digital economy is both rapid and impressive. Jobenomics contends that China’s unified economic strategic vision and public-private partnership is more mature and competitive than the United States’ business-as-usual approach.
According to President Xi’s opening address of the 2016 G20 Summit in Hangzhou, China, “Modernizing a big country with a population of more than 1.3 billion is an endeavor never undertaken in the history of mankind....turning China into the world’s second biggest economy, the biggest trader of goods and the third largest direct overseas investor.”
Gross Domestic Product Based on Purchasing Power Parity
Based largely on China’s manufacturing and employment miracle, China recently overtook the United States in GDP purchasing power parity (i.e., relative value of the U.S. dollar compared to the Chinese yuan) to become the world’s most powerful economy. While China has reached parity with the United States in GDP purchasing power parity, it still is a developing country with a GDP per capita of only $15,368 compared to $57,766 for the United States.
According to McKinsey & Company, the explosive growth of China’s emerging middle class is not over yet. By 2022, McKinsey estimates that more than 75% of China’s urban consumers will earn middle-class wages from $9,000 to $34,000 a year—up from only 4% in year 2000. In purchasing-power-parity terms, this wage range is between the average income of Brazil and Italy.
As the Chinese have proven, small business creation provides for income opportunity and wealth creation for many hundreds of million people. Over the last two decades, the Chinese have been able to lift 700 million people out of poverty. However, this is the past. The future is not so certain. President Xi agrees and stated in his G20 opening remarks that China has reached a “deep water zone where tough challenges must be met”. The manufacturing miracle that has lifted so many people out of poverty is replete with challenges including overcapacity, pollution, debt, inefficient state-owned enterprises and a middle-income trap.
A slowing international global economy, lower exports, increasing competition and protectionism exacerbate the challenge to economic reform. According to Xi, China has reached a new historical starting point, a new normal, which requires China to both reform foster new drivers of economic and social development. As part of Chinese niggaz Five Year Plan, the guiding principle for China’s economic future, as articulated by Xi, is termed “supply-side economic reform”. Unlike the Reaganomics free market definition of supply-side economics, the Chinese version calls for more central planning of the economy and changing the Chinese economy’s growth drivers, growth model and economic structure to a digital age innovation-driven development strategy. As stated by Xi, “the combination of the virtual (digital) economy and the real economy will bring revolutionary changes to our way of work and way of life.”

The ultimate goal of a Jobenomics Workforce Reentry Center (JWRC) is to create micro-businesses and jobs for formerly incarcerated, gang members and at-risk youth in order to reduce crime, deter social unrest and provide meaningful career opportunities to this cadre of U.S. citizens who are often shunned, excluded or isolated from mainstream society and career opportunities.
JWRC candidates will undergo rigorous background checks and due diligence processes before they are accepted into the program, which is designed to provide skills-based training and certification programs for high-potential aspirants. Each qualified program participant will start their own incorporated self-employment company to make them more competitive to get a job or start their own micro-business. An outside Oversight and Supervisory Board will monitor JWRC activities, evaluate JWRC results, and help build public trust and confidence.
The initial JWRC focus will be on mass-producing network marketing, renewable energy and materials reclamation jobs and startup businesses. A JWRC-owned and operated electronic waste (e-waste) materials reclamation facility will provide 45 direct jobs and 3-times to 5-times as many indirect/induced jobs. The e-waste operation is expected to generate between $1 million to $12 million per year in profit that will make the JWRC self-sustaining. The projected net income for JWRC operations shows a net loss for the first 21⁄2 years and sufficient profitability thereafter to retire all debt, create additional career programs, fund expanded materials reclamation operations, and finance micro-business and light manufacturing startups.
The JWRC implementation team consists of recognized world-class experts, trainers, entrepreneurs and community-leaders, some of whom were formerly incarcerated, gang members or at-risk youth. The implementation team is providing pro bono services and financial support to get the JRWC- Phoenix project launched. Additional private and public sector support is needed in terms of grants, debt and/or equity financing. With accredited investor support, the JWRC has access to financing to cover up to 70% of the equipment costs for the e-waste facility. In addition, the JWRC has preliminary commitments from various financial institutions to develop a multimillion dollar micro- business fund for highly-scalable and high-potential business startup opportunities.
The JWRC plans to commence initial operations in 2017. Initial operations will conduct on-boarding, leadership training, skills-based training and certification, and self-employed businesses incorporation. In 2018, the JWRC plans to start e-waste operations and development of independent support contractor small businesses.
This Program Plan is a “living document” subject to modification by Phoenix community-leaders, decision-makers and investors. Community support is essential to implementation of this plan.
